The initial enquiry for Ryder Cup 2018 - came 30 months prior to the event which was held at Le Golf National, Paris. Working with our clients Ryder Cup Ltd & Fanatics - we worked within 28 structures to deliver the Main Merchandise Shop, interior fit out to the West & East Villages. Along with public catering, public bars, programme & information points - we designed and produced the Moet & Chandon Champagne & Seafood facility, the Event Scotland exhibition unit, Mouton Cadet official wine bar and the hospitality suites - The Loire Lounge, Ryder Cup Travel Club and the PGA Members Suite.
In total 15 x 40ft Trailers of equipment were sent to site where a team of 12 installed all equipment within a 7wk build programme.
